Home made Shrimp Salsa



15 - 20 Roma Tomatoes (medium size, Peel the skin/skinless and Chopped)
5-8 Clove of Garlic
3-4 jalapeno (roasted and peel the skin then chopped)
1 Onion (chopped)
1/2 Red onion (chopped)
1/4 Cup firm Pack chopped cilantro
1 Can Tomatoe sauce
2 Lbs chopped medium size raw, clean, skinless Shrimp
3 lime ( to get the lime juice)
1 Tsp salt
1 Tsp sugar
1 tsp pepper

Mix all ingredient above, beside Shrimp, cook in  low heat for 30-45  minutes then add the shrimp then cook for another 5 minutes in medium heat or until boil then remove from the heat. let it cool for serve..... happy trying

Creamy Chiken Penne with Brocolli


1 Box of Veggie Penne/ or any penne you like ( prefer Barilla)
300gr or more (as much as you like) chopped brocolli with
3-4 clove of Garlic
1/2 chopped onion
2-3 Lbs of chicken breast , bite size cut
2 Tbs olive oil
Pinch Salt
1 Tsp of black pepper
4-6 Tbs of cream cheese
3/4 cup of milk
Grated / Shaved Parmegiano cheese  for topping (as much as you like)
1/2 Tsp of chilly flakes

Boil water add 1 tbs of salt in to water..let it boil then add the penne for 10 minutes or less then add chopped brocolli and boil for another 5 minutes..
Drain the water from the penne and Brocolli then set a side.
Meanwhile heat the pan in the medium heat then sautee the onion and the garlic...for about 5minutes add the chicke cook for about 7 - 10 minutes then add milk and the cream cheese stir it , until is thick add the penne and the brocolli then keep stir  until it combine.
add the chilly flakes,  served with toping of Parmigiano cheese....happy trying

Protein Oat Chocolate Chip and Raisin Cookies



5 Eggs white
1/2 Tsp baking soda
1/2 Tsp baking powder
1/2 Cup low fat French vanilla organic yogurt
1/2 Cup flavour instant oatmeal
2 Cup old fashion/ original oatmeal (i prefer quacker brand)
1/3 Cup of gold organic flax seed
1/3 Premium Whey Protein powder ( I prefer Muscletech) or low call you can find
1 Cup Raisin
1 Cup dark chocolate chip

Wisk white eggs and Baking soda+powder together until combine.
Add The yogurt, keep whisking it until fluffy.
add oat meal , raisin chocolate chip, whey protein powder, flax seed powder then stir it until weel combine.
Heat the Oven at 350 f bake for 15-16 minutes for soft cookies.. or 15-20 minutes for harder or supposedly cruncy ( i don't recomend) Happy trying.
