Lobster Tail Salads

1 Lbs fresh or frozen lobster tail
5 Cups of water
2 Tbs of salt
1/2 Cup of reg mayonise (bestfood brand)
1 Tsp black pepper
1 pinch of crushed dried red chilly pepper
1 Tsp of blackened seasoning
1/2 Tsp grind coriande
1/2 Tsp all spice
1/2 Cup fresh chopped sweet corn kernel  (cook in microwave for 30 sec)
1-2 cup mix of shreded , cabbage, carots amd red cabbage.
1 Tsp of ketchup
1/4 Cup firm pack of chopped red pepper

Butter letuce (choped or whole) and Alfalfa and clover sprout  for garnished as the picture shown

Place the water and salt in the medium heat, then place the lobster tail with the lobster shell.
When the water boil turn off the heat then covered for 2 minutes, then take the lobster out set it a side to cool down, meanwhile mix every ingredient above in to mixing glass bowl.
Take the flesh of the lobster out from the shell, then roughly chopped, then add in to mixing sauce.
Then served with the Butter Letuce as the picture shown or as you like <3

Protein Lunch

6-8 Eggs white
1/2 Cup Chicken broth/ veggir broth
6-8 slices shitake mushroom, fresh or dry (soked in the warm water for 10 mnt and squised dry )
1/4 Cup packed firm chopped of smoke salmon
2 Stemp of spring onion (chopped green part only)

Mix the egg white with broth add the salmon and the mushroom....
Top it with chopped spring onion, add to a mini stone wear dish uncover, then place in the deep baking sheet with warm water in it.
Bake in 400f   for 30-35 minutes.
